Erin Gibault
Erin co-founded the company. He leads the investment group and provides the capital and resources to ensure a successful venture. He focuses on outside partner relationships along with the strategic direction and growth of the company. Erin has over 30 years in the real estate industry and has transacted well over $2.0 billion of real estate investments. He founded and is the President of Headwater Projects - a Vancouver (Canada) based company, where it owns and operates more than $750M in assets under management.

Ken Woiden
Ken joined Highwater Properties in 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in the accounting profession across various industries. He previously served as Vice President Finance for a private real estate investment trust with a portfolio valued over US$800 million, where he played a pivotal role in acquisitions financing, corporate reorganizations, and tax planning.

Trexton focuses on partnerships and investor relations for the company. He previously worked for a leading REITs and Aragon Holdings, where he acquired +$175 million of institutional grade real estate assets across the United States. He directly managed 11 properties with a market cap of over $500 million.

Trexton Todd
John focuses on debt structuring and deal underwriting for the company. He was previously a structured products investment banker at Performance Trust and Amherst Pierpont where he managed the Agency multi-family and credit risk transfer deal teams. His responsibilities include underwriting and syndication of RMBS, ABS, and CRE securitizations along with private financings.

John Mullan
Luke focuses on all acquisitions and asset management for the company. He was previously in senior management at Aragon Holdings where he underwrote the acquisition of over $250 million of multi-family real estate investments and directly managed the operations of 14 institutional grade multi-family assets throughout the United States. Luke led the $1.8 billion disposition of Aragon Holdings multi-family portfolio, - the fifth largest multi-family apartment transaction in the United States.
